Elva Harding's practice focuses on real estate transactions and dispute resolution.   Her client base includes property owners, investment companies, property management companies, commercial tenants, developers and homeowner's associations.

On behalf of developers, property owners and commercial tenants she negotiates a variety of real estate contracts including acquisition and disposition of commercial and residential properties, financing documents, commercial and retail leases, easements and option agreements.  She also is instrumental in negotiating commercial lease workouts.

Ms. Harding also works with homeowner's associations and tenants in common to draft and amend CC&Rs, TIC agreements and related documents.  She advises such organizations on governance and regulatory compliance issues.  She has been involved in the mediation of a number of homeowner and neighbor disputes.

Ms. Harding's legal advice is imbued with over 10 years of practical real estate experience.  Prior to commencing her legal practice, Ms. Harding worked for a national private-equity real estate investment firm handling acquisitions, dispositions, due diligence and asset management.
